I bought an 02 f350 with 450,000 kms that the previous owner had parked last year after dealer had told him he needed to redo injector o-rings. I ran the truck for 500 kms with no problems. Then, yesterday, I started it and it ran rough with lots of white smoke. Since the PO had already told me it needed o-rings, I already had ordered them. So, last night I pulled the injectors.

I would send em off to be tested. Chances are they need to be repaired at that mileage.

overall, they appear pretty good but the pics are kinda dark where you'd like to see more. Its good that the nozzles are consistent appearing and not all carboned up. The truck likely ran pretty good.

for me, throw some rings on and take your chances. If the operation does not improve, do the buzz/CCT tests and see what it says. As others have said, these injectors have a lot of miles on them--if they are original they likely have issues. Run them on a flowbench if one is close by.

Just replace them and go with stage one or more. MHO. Got a set from full force, stage ones, holy crap they are awesome. If I had lower miles I would've done hybrids. Anyways its worth the money in the long run.

When I did my injector cups I put the oringinal ones back in and they smoked and ran awful after a week or two. Anyways best money I spent so far on truck. From now on, my answer is, in question, replace.

How many miles do you have on the truck?

Truck was running great until the time I started it and it ran rough and smoked white. It's been a while since I pulled injectors (4-5 years) put I still managed to do it in under 2 hours so I might just throw the new o-rings on them and see what happens.

I've got a truck in right now with 400K miles of hell on stock injectors..thing runs like a top just pukes fuel everywhere and needs a turbo. At this point there out, if your not broke I'd probably replace them. PM me if you want some prices!
