All I see for sale is nozels. That means you would have too pull your injectors out and then send them off to get built? Why dosent anyone sell a full injector? And the nozels are 800 how much does haveing them built cost? Assuming I need an air dog too?

The reason I ask is because the cab is comeing off this summer($willing) and I dont want to take it off more than once so I am wanting to do everything at once. (batmo, 60-80 nozels, egr delete, studs, and a 4 inch down pipe)
I think that might be more than I can afford but thats the plan at the moment.(depending on how much the injectors cost)

Any help or stuff I need to add will be apreciated.

Airdog or fass is a must with bigger nozzles along with a fuel bowl delete kit and anything over elites 60hp nozzles will require some sort of hpfp upgrade. As soon as you add fuel with the 6.4, or any diesel, things get expensive fast.

Fuel bowl delete is about $600. Airdog is $600. Ported rails about $125 plus core. Nozzles are $800. Plus all the labour to install it, the hours add up when the kits come with no instructions.

I just put elite 60hp nozzles in mine, it's really simple but it is really easy to break the internals of a injector during dissasembly. Ask me how I know...
The way I understand it is even if you bought bigger injectors you would really just be getting bigger nozzles on a stock or reman injector.

And whitemonster is right nothing I got came with instructions except the airdog and its very vauge. I had good advise from some guys here and stumbled through it.

Do you feel like they were worth it? And have you towed with them?

I hope I can answer that this week, cab is still off but hope to set it back on tomorrow. I have to finish the airdog and upgrade, it's mostly all mocked up. It has taken me way longer than I wanted but I feel confident in all I have done to it. I took lots of time making sure I did it right, and cant wait to crank her up.
