Intercooler boot

I accidentally "knicked" the factory boot while grinding the clamp off to use it in the H&S kit. Ford doesn't sell just that boot and I was wondering if there was a place that made custom boots? Are there "make your own" kits out there? Just wondering.

Thought the hot side boot that attaches the cooler tube to the intercooler on a 6.0 would work but it is a tad too short.

Any help is appreciated.

I had to call and order a separate boot from AP for this very reason. Kinda irks me that it wasn't just included in the kit to begin with...

I did hear that you were just in an accident. I was this week too unfortunately...although I don't think mine is totaled

Unfortunately I didn't and I ended up selling the kit to buy the OEM replacement one. If you call No Limit or AP they'll know what you're talking about and get you the right one though
