Since I usually just lurk I figured I would finally contribute a bit. After having the parts for an intercooler setup for almost a year now an oil leak finally made me get around to putting it in. Everything is stock stuff from an e99. Now most of this has been covered a billion times, but where I differed is I changed the stack order. I removed the condenser and put the intercooler right next to the radiator. By doing that the stock pipes and boots fit perfectly. No mods needed.
As some bonus info while doing my efuel setup I found this slick premade harness kit at tractor supply. Its originally made for powering led lights but works perfect for the fuel pump. Everything is weather tight and looks real clean. The wire splitter makes it super easy if you ever want to add a second pump. All told $30.
