Update:
I swapped the original ipr back in and the truck runs the way it did originally. The icp irregularity is resolved. I guess I got a bad ipr from Ford[emoji1745]
The engine idle still goes up and down when at idle, and stopped.
Ive replaced the cps. Also replaced the icp connector.
I did not do the 5v tests mentioned above.
What controls engine idle,
