Jumper wire on starter

Is there a wire I can jump to bypass the ignition with out going off of the starter?

single wire, barrel shaped connector on the pass side by the battery. same deal on the 6.4

disconnect it, and you can touch the center pin to one of the vertical posts on the positive battery cable end
