thats nothing to worry about. I tore the housing off mine and welded a bolt head on it and made it so I can adjust it with a wrench or socket.. it only opens on spring pressure this way... 99% of the people on here delet that red line to begin with cuz factory gating is set at like 26lbs.

Just adjust the actuator arm and put maximum preload on the spring and not worry about it...unless you are running big injectors.

I have mine adjusted to full preload so that it can't open. That's with 175/80's. My back pressures never get higher than 40-42 lbs at 36-38 lbs of boost. You can keep the red line hooked up for a clean stock look. ;-))
