Hey, 6.0 cranks/no-start. 7 PSI on ICP while cranking. IPR screen has a giant hole in it, and it looks like someone replaced the STC fitting and left the alignment tool in place when they put it back in. Oil is coming from some kind of plug on the back of the pump. I'm going to pull it out later this afternoon, but is there a threaded plug on the back of the pump? I've never noticed one before. Or has anybody seen oil blow right out of the back of the pump - when the STC has already been replaced?

Thanks!

That tool was Fords fix for a short time.. It needs to be replaced with the solid connection... use that bracket to align the new STC perfectly though... Works great!!!

the leak you hear is normal, its the bleed off for pressure.. the only way to stop it is to command IPR closed with IDS or make a jumper harness and give it some voltage...

But should it bleed off pressure when I blow shop air through the ICP hole? I have done a couple of these and never had anything come out of there.
