Ok so I'm new to Powerstroke's. I've owned an 03 6.0 for about 6 months now. Already I've had to replace an injector in cylinder 5, my ICP pig tail, my oil cooler, and my EGR cooler. I know there's a way to go about making the 6.0 pretty reliable, but I don't know exactly how. What steps do I take to make this bad boy more reliable?

Send heads to machine shop to check for flatness etc
OEM Head Gasket Set
ARP Head Studs
Rocker Carrier Gaskets
Stand Pipes
Thermostat
Fuel Injector O-Rings
New OEM oil cooler
EGR Delete
Updated Turbo oil drain and supply lines
New degas bottle cap
Intake/exhaust manifold gaskets
various other misc gaskets
Optional "Blue" pressure spring for more stronger/reliable fuel pressure

Basically to make a 6.0 reliable you have to make it "bulletproof" as they say. once you head stud/BP the 6.0's can go a very long time if maintained properly.
