Icon without a doubt. Never disappointed me in the past.
Especially if they are similar in price, which I was not aware of.

The BDS is $2,961.60 & the Icon is $2,686.43. Only a $230.18 difference.

The BDS comes with Leaf Springs instead of blocks.

If i don't get the spring option on the BDS it makes the Icon $594.75 more.

Will you be adding traction blocks/bars?

If you are, build your kit on TruckToyz site and you wont have to pay for the blocks that you wont use anyway.

Icon Lift with OUO Traction blocks, without a doubt the best you can do. I would also suggest OUO ALA's up front. I have a few pictures of my 2013 with an Icon/OUO 5.5" Lift with 37s if youd like I can post up.

Ride is 2nd to none!

Here's mine with Carli 4.5 backcountry kit up front and now my rear setup is OUO 6 in traction blocks with 37s on 20x9s the traction bars are a great setup.
I had the bars powder coated there a little off on color but not to bad.

Truck looks much better with the taller blocks Guy. Can't tell the color is off at all in the pictures.

Of the 2 setups, Icon for sure.

I would suggest giving PMF a look though. That's what I've had on my last truck and my current truck and couldn't be happier. Quality, ride and price are all really really nice.

Bilstein 5100s, 5160s, and he also told me about some others he had that could be custom valved. I don't remember what the brand was. Of course, you could always do like I did on my last truck and just buy the Icon shocks instead.

I went with 5160s for now. I wanted to see how much of a difference there was from those to the bigger icon bypasses I had on the last truck.

Why does this seem like a lot of money?

Also, not sure of Icons warranty but BDS is lifetime

Really happy with my carli 2.5" starter kit. I have the King pintop shocks coming soon, should be a solid upgrade. I would like to figure out how to add traction bar blocks in place of my factory f250 block in my setup. I however wasn't after a lift, just enough to raise the stance a small bit, and fit the 35's with some offset.

:whs:

I had an Icon and Precision Metal Fab combo on my 08 (with Bilstein 5160's) and it was awesome. If I decide to go away from my current setup, Trevor will be hearing from me.
