Line pressure question?

Okay guys i got a 2000 f250 psd. I had my chip reburned from TDP with tuning for a stock auto + jw valvebody. The tuning is awesome by the way. But my question is i just got my tranny built and in the warranty papers its states to make sure the transmission line pressure is not increased by a chip/programmer. Can i run the current tuning with my new transmission or will it need to be reburnt?

Need to ask your tuner if they up the line pressures. I bet they do but they would be the only ones to know for sure. I don't think your trans shop could tell if you had increased the pressure anyway so long as you removed the chip if you ever had to take it in.
