If anybody has a cold side metal intercooler pipe for a 6.ol for cheap, I'm in need as my plastic one is cracked and leaking badly.

It's better to just buy a new one, for used ones the asking price tends to be around $100. Everybody that has one, especially the junkyards, seems to be unaware that they are still available new from Ford with boots and clamps for not much more than that. I think Riffraff lists them for about $115 with the option to upgrade to their boots. Autonation Ford Whitebear Lake, MN is around $100. I would just buy the new one and run it until the factory boots are ready to be replaced and then upgrade.

I don't have a pic of the metal one, mines plastic. It's the one that goes from intercooler to intake elbow.

Those are better prices than they quoted me here. They want $205, I thought that was a bit absurd for a dang pipe.

The one Riffraff sell is the factory part. You have the option of ordering the OEM assembly which includes pipe, boots, and clamps. You also have the option of upgrading to Riffraff boots which a lot of guys speak highly of. If you go with stock boots I would get it from the dealer I mentioned, it's like $105 through them. Or check Sunrise but my experience is they are significantly higher than Autonation Whitebear Lake..

Kudos to the guys who offered to ship you one for the cost of shipping. Damn nice gesture. I would take one of them up on the offer and grab a set of boots for it.

That doesn't look like the 6.0 cold side, that looks more like the 6.4 cold side. I'm not certain about the 6.4 though since I've never owned one but the bends on that one will not physically connect with the correct ports on a 6.0. The 6.0 metal cold side should look just like the plastic tube for the most part. Except made of metal. The 6.4 CAC tube actually passes through the front radiator support to reach the intercooler, I think that is where it flattens. The link I posted has a photo of the factory steel part. The intercooler connection is on the left and the manifold connection is on the right. You can see how it bends out from under the filter and snakes it's way past it before making a 90 degree bend towards the intake elbow. The picture above would not make those two connections the way it's bent. Pretty sure it's a 6.4.

You are right. I Googled and grabbed the first pic and threw it up. Guess I should pay more attention. Thanks
