Just a teaser photo of a street looney file. Check out the vendor section.

The customer is Earl at Southern Diesel Performance in Harahan, Louisiana. All his 6.4 customers run our tunes and have been for several months. The picture was actually taken by Earl, on his truck but according to what he told me, all his customers are seeing really good mileage with our 6.4 files, some running the race files daily.

I will ask Earl to come in here and post but anyone is welcome to contact him also and get his take.

I have a dyno sheet of the first Looney I wrote, back in December of 2010 at 9:46 PM before going to the PRI show in Orlando. I am scanning it now.

Thanks,
Vivian

Here it is. In my computer it looks a little light. If it doesn't show right and someone would help me by making it clearer, I would email it to you.

Thanks,
Vivian

I'm trying to tread lightly, as I know you guys have a very good reputation around the community, but it hasn't been dubbed the lie-o-meter for nothing. I have no doubt they get better mileage than stock, but it ain't that good.

Here's my lie-o-meter from one day.

Triple thats fair enough, and I understand your opinion behind it. Ive been around long enough to see the lie o meter. Only way to find out is to run it and actually see, hopefully soon we will have more feed back from other trucks to give some truth or close to it.

The dyno sheet Viv posted is listed at 559.13

By the time I went the 1400 miles from MA-FL my Spartan tuned truck was showing 29mpg. The lie o meters are way off on the highway. Good to see some more tuning options out there.

I know. It sounded a high to me too but it sure made me HAPPY. There are a lot of variables too. I went to Orlando with a friend, in a rental. I used up half a tank, on the way up. On the way back she went through a full tank. How is that possible?

I'm happy for you too Ipkyss!

Thanks,
Vivian

I know with gearhead tuning the lieO is pretty accurate.

I would love to see an independent third party take a truck to the dyno and run all the race files from gearhead, idp, RCD, And Viv and do same dyno, same day. Same set up and see what happens.
