Truck has few month old Super Start 65EXT truck sat for a about two weeks while waiting for a new LPFP to arrive.

Noticed when I hooked up autoenginuity to do a few software updates to it KOEO showed 11.78 volts with the GP on and 11.90 with GP off but by that time the truck sat for a week without being started.

Put the new LPFP in a few days ago started her up BV was 11.90 when first started and peaked to around 12.10 and let her idle for about 45 mins.

Jumped back in the truck to check voltage and highest I seen it go up to is about 12.30 volts idling drove it around 10 miles highest was 12.50 volts.

Terminals are clean and tight no low voltage codes or battery light.

TIA

Dying alternator? I do have a slight humming noise under the hood.

Whats the best autoparts store/aftermarket altenator to go with if I can't get a OEM down here?

My guess would be your alternator is on its way out. I never monitored battery voltage on my truck, but last winter my truck developed a whine that got progressively louder till my battery light came on and I began to smell something burning. Got out, popped the hood and the alternator windings were cherry red. I ended up finding a local place that rebuilds them for a fraction of the cost from a dealer and swapped it out.
