Low Power

I just installed a PHP 6pos Chip on my 99.5 F-250 but seem to be having a few issues.

It seems my truck already had a tuner installed or a custom tune installed on the PCM when I bought it. I installed my PHP chip yesterday but now the truck seems to be lacking low end power and throttle response.

I have also noticed that when getting on the throttle when I let off to change gears (6spd) the rpms don't fall like they did without the chip. They seem to hang for just an instant. I had the truck connected to scantool last week to check HPOP Pressure and i have just under 500psi I start up and 2700-2800 at WOT. Does this sound like a Chip Burn issues?

The chip would override any tune flashed through the OBDII port.

500 at idle seems a little low to me. but your WOT seems bang on. A stock HPOP wont like to see much more, however the ICP means nothing without a DC% reading to see how hard your pump is working.

What are your gauges telling you (boost and pyro)

Best bet would be to call Bill if you think its a chip/tune issue.
