Lower stall TC?

What if any benefit would there be for a lower stall TC? I was talking with a local performance TC shop about building a TC for me and they mentioned one option was a lower stall. I didnt think about it when they mentioned it, but I cant see how that would help. They claim its common when building a heavy duty TC. Any thoughts?

With bigger tires then stock from wat i was told u would benifit more from a higher stall Suncoast hd converter

I could see a benefit from a lower stall as long as you weren't running a laggy turbo setup because a lower stall would just make things worse. I like the way lower stall converters drive..makes the engine not feel so rev happy and it would probably give you quicker throttle response
