lowering my 96 f250

ok i want to lower my truck i bought i didn't put the lift on was there when i bought it. i want to take it back to stock height but idk if its a suspension lift or a body lift, i also need to know what to. ill post pictures tomorrow

What does it have for lead springs in the front? Your best bet is to find some body with a stock truck that wants a lift swap parts with them and make them give you some money as well

it has both leaf springs and shocks in the front but i couldnt tell you anything about the leaf springs off hand what do you need to know?
