Making weird noises

I've got a 99 7.3 that makes a weird vibrating noise in between 30-40 but I really notice it at 35mph slowing down. It's not the brakes and there is no wobble in the steering wheel. do you guys have any suggestions?

U Joints?

Two piece drive shaft carrier bearing?

X2 on U joints. Park on level ground, put the trans in neutral and move the drive shaft back and fourth. If you have a bad U joint you should be able to tell easily.

^^^^ not always I had a bad joint in my SD last year and after I twisted and jerked and yanked for about 3 days with no significant movement I brought it to a shop and the rear most joint was bad. However the symptoms you describe were the same as mine.
