MAP Sensor Symptom

How big of a drop off in power will a bad MAP Sensor cause? Mine has set a check engine light on and off for a while, but I never got around to replacing it. I ordered a new sensor, but I'm curious to know how big of difference it will make especially since I have a bigger turbo and injectors.

well, if the confuser can't make heads or tails out of the engine load, it's pretty much gonna run like dog crap..
