Well as of July 4th my truck threw this lovely CEL and started running rough.

Was pretty disappointed because the trucks been nothing but awesome. So I went with Morgan @ Midwest and let Mr.OUO himself Jared @ Midwest handle it with a built shortblock. Just want to give a shout out to those guys for getting the job done right and efficiently.

Also have to give a huge shout out to my buddy jcain for pulling the truck out there. Extremely appreciative for all his help.

Figured I'd give credit where credit is due. Morgan has a great shop and great team, I wouldn't hesitate to send your work there.

Curious as well why the P0016 code was the condemning flag for you OP. Does that indicate a failed crank?

I bet it spun the gear on the crank since they are not welded from factory

Exactly it's happened to a few guys in the past and my luck usually isn't the best lol. But yes it spun the gear. Pricing I feel was very fair, and yes MUCH cheaper than a 6.4

I saw where another guy spun the gear like that recently. He was running 600 spartn also. But I guess it could happen to a stock truck
