I dropped my tranny pan the other night to install my absolute performance solenoid and ran across a bit of an issue. Hoping you guys can help.
The solenoid has 2 tabs on the stem side of the body that align it to keep it from rotating. The stocker was set so the electrical connection was at 6:00. To get the absolute performance solenoid in place to reinstall the clip, the connection is more like at 7:30.
Is there going to be a problem with that? There is no strain on the wires. Are the solenoid ports going to be okay when slightly twisted? Thanks for the help.
