I read retarded somewhere... Not really my point. My whole point was that I still really don't see an advantage to having way bigger nozzles than turbos will support. Pull back fuel to say you pulled back fuel? I'm not talking street able even right now. I just don't see a need for you to step up nozzles on a charger that won't support it. If you have dyno or track evidence (slips/graphs) then I will stand corrected.

My point with the stock nozzle argument is what did you gain with your 30% nozzle and tuning? It seems like you're right in the neighborhood of all the other trucks limited by the stock hpfp? I made that same power with much less smoke and nozzle. That's really all I'm getting at.

Craig's truck with 100% nozzles and a 475 and spray STILL smoked... There's STILL unburned fuel. So what would make you assume your 72 needs 40% more fuel?

No takers?

Wow! I love how a simple question turns into a name calling contest and fuel injector discussion instead of original topic. Some good info in here amongst the other crap.

I think a lot of people are losing sight of the fact this is a budget kit. You could buy the kit minus the turbo and get a decent 66-75 and only be 3-4 k in, vs the high powers are 6k+. Not everyone can dump cash into their trucks. That price difference would be the difference duel fueler and nozzles. So a clean 700 on stock nozzles and high powers, verses a 50%-100% nozzle and a 72-75 and have it laggier and smokier but be well above 700. Its all about what you want to do with your truck and the budget you have to work with.

So what are 200s giving you that 150s wouldn't?

About 50 more HP on fuel best the black truck did was 850, absolutely no trade off in egts or smoke , in fact I think egts are cooler with the 200s but its a totally different truck so I don't have data to back it up
Plus a bigger nozzle spools turbos better not that I have that issue but I know on a single it would have helped a ton had I had the option back then

You don't think 150s would make that same power if you had them dialed in? Mal's truck has made similar power with 110s is why I ask

Nope I make more power with 200s and 2.18 pw than I did with 150s and 2.3 pw. I think allot of it has to do with my large turbine on the atmo turbo it seams to like added fuel. Up to 38 psi on the Atmo where before I was like 28 before. No gate changes

Makes sense... That turbo is enormous lol.

Mal's truck has made 980ish with 150's and 917 was the best it made with 110s a couple years ago.

Billet ball bearing precision turbos, ported heads, I would expect his truck to make more obviously

I'm on stock heads, non performance based chargers and about a double sized turbine wheel

I am considering 200's and pull back some pw, pretty much the way Dustin is running his. Not anytime soon, but I have been thinking about it. First I want to get mine back, drive it and try some different tuning options before I think about doing anything different to it.
