MPD single turbo kit - need HELP

Im confused on a few things while im installing this kit im sure someone can answer easily. ONE the turbo drain, can I see a picture of how thats routed? It doesnt seem to fit very well but I may be doing it wrong?... TWO I only use on of the drains, does the other get capped, or somthing? Its realllllllll close to the turbo and the drain hose. and THIRD, the oil feed, im assuming buy looking at it that you cut the stock one and use the compression fitting to attatch the two... where about do I cut it? but other then that, so far so good!

I cut my factory feed hose as low as possible but enough to get the compression fitting to work. And as far as the unused drain, I installed a freeze plug in the opening. First pic you can see the freeze plug, second pic you can kind of see the drain installed, third pic you can see where the supply is cut. Hope it helps.

awesome, that helps a lot! anychance you remember what size freeze plug you used? and was your drain kind of hard to get all lined up and all? I know there is no pressure on it, but stilll dont want to have it leazking or anything

Heres a close up of how I did mine.

You do cut the factory oil supply line, make sure you leave yourself an inch of straight section to get a good tight seal with the compression fitting. On the drain I had to shorten the adapter that goes into the block about a 1/2 inch because as you can see in the picture above the oil would have had to go up hill before it could drain back into the block. Thats not good because that would cause a drain restriction with the oil pooling in the low spot. All though mine was a one of the first 2-3 kits made and this may have been remedied by now. On the factory pedestal drain I cut the tower off flush with the notch and threaded a short fat bolt in there with a washer and sealed it with Ford Grey RTV. I wouldn't recommend that as a permanent fix but it was all we could find at the time ( late night ), I like the freeze plug idea 91turbogsx used much much better.

My drain wasn't difficult. I installed the drain on the turbo center cartridge first and then installed that into the turbine housing. All I had to do at that point was screw it onto the drain adaptor. And as far as the freeze plug I want to say it was 13/16" but I may be wrong. I don't remember exactly. Put a dial caliper in it and measure the inside. The one I got was a perfect fit.
