why is the truck so heavy? I know mine is a pig at 8580lbs (on cat scales), what makes it so much heavier?

Damn and I thought my truck wasn't too bad but I weighed in my truck with a full slip tank at 9440 lbs... SRW too.

They are just heavy. Traction bars, wheels and tires, goose neck, I think all this stuff adds up. I wanted to run it in the 2.6 class for sled pulls, but max weight is 8000 pounds. I don't think I can loose 1200 + pounds...

Pretty sure I ran into one of your friends leaving Moochies this summer right after you installed everything. He recognized the sound of the turbo on my truck...

There was also another guy in there with an H&S hat on besides him..

That was my nephew, he told me he saw a guy in Moochies, he said your truck is pretty sick!!!

I am loving this thing! Zane made a fun machine that's for sure. I need to get a Torque Converter though. I ordered one from ATS, and it was in and back out the next day. Shipped it back. Think Mike has one in the works for me though...

No, just met him with this build. They are a class act down there for sure though. I met up with them for a couple races down in Saint George. Watched Dallas run his truck. It was a blast, can't wait to add some more parts over the winter and for spring to get here...
