She told me that my dad couldn't look at it until after the insurance adjuster assessed it. After getting off the phone with her it hit me, Its my damn truck! How can she tell me my dad can't come look at my truck!!! Tomorrow will be a new day. I'm going to keep giving them pressure. Any tips on how to handle this would be appreciated.
