NEED HELP INSTALLING KEM Special Edition SD CARD

Hi guys I need help here I ordered a KEM special edition sd card for my h&s mini max and went to install it followed the given instructions exactly and when I went to update firmware it says "sd card missing please insert sd card" I would really like to use theses tunes and was wondering if anyone else has had this issue? If anybody has had a similar experience please let me know what you had to do to fix it.

Get a hold of KEM, sounds like it may need to be reformatted. You could do it by saving your tunes on a pc then reformatting the card. Before you do that though I would give KEM a shout.

Mike got me all fixed up and lovin the KEM tuning
