need help truck wont start

Replaced oil cooler today once everything was back together cycled key a few times to prime fuel system and it cranked up and ran for 15 secs then died and have not been able to get restarted unless using ether but dies once that is gone.

Getting 5 psi on low side pressure but only getting 100-200 psi at rail, have cracked fuel lines and manually ran pump for few mins, but can't get it goin.

Any advice

You may have to bleed the high pressure system. I've seen this on a couple of trucks. Just loosen the driverside line feeding the rail and turn it over until you see no more air bubbles then tighten it back up.
