need tune for del.eted 6.4 with single turbo.

I previously sold my s.partan that my truck was running fine on with plans of switching to a more in depth custom tune from anybody on the market. so far everyone I have contacted has told me they can no longer sell me a tune that supports no egr and no dp.f. I have an SCT x4 7015. truck is currently sitting now that I don't have a d.elete supportive tune. my question is who the hell is still able to write me a custom tune for no egr and no dp.f and good single turbo tuning. in need of a tune ASAP if anybody could chime in and lead me in the right direction any help is appreciated. thanks!!
