Needing Exhaust sensor info...

Perhaps a silly, oddball question but I've yet to get an answer from anyone else so here hoes..
'08 6.4, What size are the three Stock exhaust sensors? I was asked this morning about needing to know what size tap would be needed to drill & thread them back into a dpf truck.
Btw, search button no worky for me or I'd have already gone that route.. Thanks in advance!

Alright well I was informed by Ford dealer that I need a 14/1.5 bottom tap..

I had a sensor from my truck I ran a die over it and it is a 20NF. I also matched the threads up on the plug and a 20NF tap. I tried to run a 14NC over the plug and it wouldn't thread up. I am guessing all the sensors are the same thread? Hope this helps ya.
