I've got a 96 with manual transmission, and can't find a wiring diagram for the natural start switch. I need to know witch two wires are for the start or if someone has a wiring diagram, that would be great also. Thanks for the help.

Here's a description of the connector wiring for a manual trans truck:
Pin 1: Not Used
Pin 2: Not Used
Pin 3: White/Purple Trace, Hot in RUN from Underdash Fuse 18
Pin 4: Teal/Light Blue Trace, Speed Control Output to PCM
Pin 5: White/Pink Trace, Start Signal Output to Starter Relay
Pin 6: Red/Light Blue Trace: Ignition Switch (Start) Input from Ignition Switch
