New from kansas broke down in Cheyenne WY

My name is Beau. I just got a 99 7.3 thought I was getting a good deal but I don't think I did. I am currently broke down in Cheyenne Wy. It will turn over and over but it won't Fire. I know it has low compression engine (looking for one) but it fired right up at 6:15 this morning. As I was driving to work about a 1/2 mile down the road from motel it lost power. Can anyone help?:fustrate:
