New hfcm no fuel heater

I bought a new hfcm because the drain plug was seized and destroyed trying to remove it.
The new hfcm has only two electrical connections and not the three my old one had. Did I get the wrong hcfm? I think the last connector was for the fuel heater. What should I do? I think I need that fuel heater here in the northern climate.

They kind of deemed it useless so they stopped incorporating them

Thanks. Do Just leave the plug dangle or do I need a new harness 6C3Z-9F759-A I believe.
