Purchased my first diesel truck last month. Traded in a 13 F150 XLT 4X4 for a new 16 F250 XLT FX4.

Loving the truck so far, couldn't be happier with how things have been going so far.

I'll have to do things one at a time as funds become available. Like most people, my ideas and plans are often much bigger than my bank account...

I've already added some side steps to the truck. Also got ahold of some factory 20" wheels (no tires), although I'm already thinking I want something different.

Looking forward to learning and talking with like minded people.

My F150 in stock form not long after I bought it.

After I ripped all the chrome off. Except for the wheels of course. Replaced the chrome bumpers for painted bumpers off of a totaled truck. I had them coated in color matched Line-X.

A little about me.
Name is Brian (obviously) 35yrs old, enslaved ...err married.
Live in Forney Tx and I love anything outdoors related, hunting, fishing, camping... basically anything that gets me out of the city and into the wilderness. Die hard zombie fanatic, I even had a zombie cake at my wedding.

Looking forward to learning about these trucks and also passing on what limited knowledge I have about them.

While I'm no stranger to diesel trucks, this is my first time owning one.

Congrats, and welcome from North Dallas. Forney is really expanding fast. My wife is from Kaufman and every time we go out there to visit her family it seems it getting bigger.
