yep one front and one rear..... they use the 4 existing holes and need two more between the 60 and 40 sections of the seat like below........ the red ones are added

EDIT:

I googled it and it looks like superduty seats in an OBS is no problem BUT I do see an issue.....

If you look at the pic (HERE) of the back seat installed, the floor humps up alot under it.... with the 60/40 rear seat there is another bracket and hinge point between the 60 and 40 portions of the seat... all three mounting points need to be on the same level so the entire seat would have to be raised.... whether this would put it too high for your truck I don't know.

What I DO know is I absolutely HATE that guy for getting a nice set of K/R seats for $500!
