New Tuner

Has anyone used or have any information on the Torque T1 Tuner? I have a 2008 Ford 6.4 and this tuner looks like a good option.

IMO SCT is a better bang for the buck, Plus you can pick up the phone & actually talk to a human if you have a problem, VS having to deal with it via email.
