no crank

Just did headstuds, egr delete and oil cooler. Picked cab up to do so. After setting the cab down im getting a no start. Has power but when turning the key it doesnt do anything. No clicking or anything. Any ideas what to look for?

Connect the starter wire. Passenger side by the vacuum pump

the exciter wire is not getting any spark. is there any kind of anti theft on it?
