No cruise control

well at some point I lost the cruise control function. Im not sure if it happened after I chipped the truck with matt's tunes or when I switched to the DPC422 PCM in my E99.. all fuses are good and nothing is unplugged. Anyone ran into this issue and have a fix for it?

back up and start again..
take the chip off first (doubtful)
and if that don't work, swap the PCM back

Check your 3rd brake light bulb ...if it is blown cc will not work

thats not the first time I've heard that but it didnt effect mine. bulb was out tge first three years i drove the truck.

Third brake light is working, swapping the PCM back to DPC 402 is not an option and what the heck is a clock spring? BTW thanks for all the quick replies fellas

The clock spring is basically a gyro for you electrical connections.

Mine quit working last week. The problem was a broken wire going to the sensor on the master cylinder.

My obs lost its CC because of a PSOM failure, got one off an F-150 with 10k more miles CC worked again. Does your spedo funtion properly?

SIG doesn't say? if you have a manual trans check the neutral safety switch on the clutch pedal.

bringing this one back up. I read that the PCM will throw a code if the brake pedal switch (the deal on the end of the master cylinder) is bad. Ive chased wires and the PCM is not throwing any codes.. i have however noticed that the truck is eating brake fluid. No visible leaks anywhere..

suggestions?
