Ive been working on a 2000 7.3 for a friend. It was having hard starts so we dug into the glow plug r&r. Only 3 glow plugs ohmed out good so all were replaced. Checked continuity thru the uvch and pit everthing back together. Still no start even sitting in a heated garage.
Hooked up ae and found low icp while cranking ... would build and build but not past 300 or so
Replaced ipr and same issue
