Noise after blue spring mod

Ok did the blue spring mod, now when I turn the key on (engine off) my fuel bowl makes a funny noise, the truck runs and drives fine it just makes a humming noise

Might just be the sound of the fuel opening the regulator slightly. Mine makes a slight noise too.

It's a little more than a slight noise it's a pretty loud hum

Mine has done it since I installed my spring 2 years ago.
I always contributed it to regulator, but I am really curious to what the cause is.

Well, at least I'm not the only one, it didn't do it before, I thought I had an air bubble in the fuel bowl, not the case
