Normal tick or something else?

2013 6.7 just recently had an oil change have been running schaeffers 5w40 for the last 15k miles no issues just had it changed as well as the trans fluid no have developed a tick/chatter at idle and acceleration. I'm trying to see if this is the normal tick that everyone talks about or if it's something else possibly. Have gotten a few opinions but am looking to see if anyone else has had it this loud. Sounds like it's coming from the bell housing other times driver side wheel well. I have read a lot about the type writer sound and it sounds similar but accelerating it sounds chattery like a old hoopdy. Truck has 89k miles

Put the truck in neutral parking brake on one time it does it a lot next time it doesnt. In drive with parking brake on it does it quite often just at a loss it's super loud and just don't want it to be something bigger and have an issue get worse.
