Odd Sound, Need Help

What's up y'all? I have a job 3 6.4 tuned, intake and fully deleted. I was cruising through a construction site a few weeks back and ended up hitting a pretty good sized hole and afterwards my truck started making a very quiet knocking sound. Plan on getting with Dorian but didn't want to bother him on the holiday.

sounds like it could be your flaps for your vents my dads 6.4 does it

I'll check but I'm not sure. I just noticed today that it starts up immediately once the key is turned to the run position. It makes a mechanical sound (kind of reminds me of a cd player ejecting a disc) along with the popping sound.

may be the heater tempature blend door motor, internal gears are made of plastic and sometimes strip out

Under the hood or inside the truck? Can't see the video.

The CD player noise is likely the VGT motor cycling during startup. Look at the turbo from the LS fender. You'll see it go back and forth when someone cycles the key.

Sounds like it could be the blend door. I put a new on mine because it had broken, but it still makes the sound.

My 09 is doing a weird noise like that to. It seems to do it when i run the heat for a long time and the truck gets up to running temp. Sounds like a cd trying to eject constantly.
