Off Idle Stumble

I have a random stumble off idle. I only notice it when leaving from a dead stop, and it is random then. The truck will roll out a few feet, fall back to idle, and resume acceleration. I'm leaning towards the pedal assembly unless someone can point me in another direction. Everything else with the truck is spot on, no issues?

You really need a scanner to look at some values on an issue like this.
