Did an oil change on the truck yesterday.

On the way home from work, at sixty MPH.

Lost an HPOP line. Under the hood is covered in oil.

Yes, yes it does. Luckily, I have a friend with a big flat bed with a big winch on it and a Chevy 2500 gasser. That Chevy was huffing and puffing, but it got me home.

That blows, I feel your pain
(Fixed) I see what you did there. Lol
I remember when I lost a return line on my 94, I can't even imagine a HPO line. 😲
I ripped my hood liner out, if I had known so many people actually wanted them, I would've gave it to someone.

Good to know. Same here. I will PM you may name and number.

Thanks.

Got it running this evening after work. Got home last night, found out for sure it was the hoses. Called Bob (Guzzle) at 4:15 yesterday afternoon.
Wife called me at work at 11:00 this morning, parts were here.
Started at 7:00, had to take the fittings and hoses off in one piece. Custom make a tool to get them apart. The factory tool would not work, they were grabbed hold of. Got done at 11:30 this evening. What should have taken 45 minutes, took 4 1/2 freakin' hours.

Got it done and running though.

Actually, it was the old nasty oil in the HPOP. Gotta start changing it more often than every 50,000 miles. LOL

Used three cans of parts cleaner to clean it up enough to work on.
