So I replaced my tensioner today and I had to remove my flopro 3" intercooler pipe to get to it and when I removed it, it was totally coated in oil, like oil dripping out of it...? Wtf causes that? Excessive blow by, CCT pressure?

My 6.0 had a little from the CCV

but I was reading the 6.4's have it worse from that you mentioned

blow by even new they reportedly have a larger piston ring clearance

another side effect was the accordion boots will fill up and create smoke upon start up

but that is just what I read in Diesel power or the like recently

ccv reroute is about all you can do to stop it. Most of the ones I have seen are coated in oil. You wouldn't believe how much oil is in the bottom of the I/C.
