oil in i/c pipe

well i started tearing my truck down today for the installation of my new apex manifold and blow off valve and found oil puddled in the hot side pipe. i've got a powermax turbo thats been on for 2 years and might have 25,000 miles on it. Is there just an oring in there that needs replaced or what? never had one apart so not sure what my options are.

Do you have a crank case vent reroute?

It's normal if you don't have ccv reroute like slc dzl said

sory should have mentioned that i do have a crankcase vent reroute, i actually did that when i put the powermax on 2 years ago

Did you check the turbo for play?

Check the turbo for play, I'm sure that powermax doesn't enjoy life too much with 190/100's haha. Does it smoke white at all?

Alright guys just checked and shaft play is fine, can't feel any in and out and the little up and down where the oil isn't there. Its almost like the seal for the compressor side is just going bad.

I would say a turbo seal. I always have a little oil in the ic pipe boots on mine And my buddies though.. Not a puddle though.

Yeah what's got me worried is the puddle I had would have probably overflowed a coke cap.
