Ok to use tow / haul mode all the time?

Aside from reduced mpg are there any negative side effects from driving in tow haul mode all the time?

I love tow haul mode because it holds each gear longer, and shifts down much sooner it's like a sport mode on a car makes truck way more fun to drive. Just want to make sure I'm not stressing it out too much thanks.

You won't hurt anything running tow/haul all of the time.

the other thing I love about it is it keeps the truck in like 3rd or 4th gear around town vs shifting all the way up so turbo spools way quicker

I know I could achieve same result using the manual mode and gear selector just hate messing with that
