Are you guys done yet? You have been on this thing now for a few hours. Button this thing up and do a burnout.

Sorry guys haha I was up for over 36 hours yesterday after working night shift all night. I'm doing it at a buddy's garage. Getting all the fueling routed today and dual fuelera installed. So far everything has gone pretty well. Ill upload a few pics from my camera. My spartan did not recognize my factory tune so I need to get a recovery tune before I load up the sct. The trans will be built by hassler

Fuelers are mounted and plumbed, just need to modify my stock bracket for the fuel cooler. Air dog is on as well. Motor is all back together. Only thing holding me up from dropping the cab is I need the drain flange for my turbo, hpfp gear bolt for the fueler pulley, and that's it. Waiting for mpd to get me the last pipe I need as well. I'm not off til Thursday so ill get some time on it here and there but it's close

All additional little parts have shipped out and hopefully be here by the weekend. With a little luck may be a me to get the cab down and start filling with fluids.

I would've at least had the cab down last Sunday if I had a few fittings but it'll all work out. My buddy and I were able to get the cab off, motor torn down, studded, valve springs, pushrods, nozzles swapped, fueler mounted, air dog installed, and all the other fuel plumbing in two days. Turbo would've been mounted, belt/fan installed, and cab dropped Sunday if I would've had the bolt for my hpfp and oil drain flange for the turbo. Hoping to get everything buttoned up this weekend and potentially fire her up.

you can do it yourself if you have gauges, a vacuum pump, and access to R134. Ford wont be 40 bucks though. probably looking at around $100 for a shop to fill you back up. Motors looking good sir.

Hmm ill have to look around. Just getting an idea of how much it costs. It's coming together pretty good. Waiting for a reverse thread bolt to mount the fueler pulley, belt, and fan. Just a matter of re connecting everything, filling with fluids, and getting a stock recovery tune from spartan. My tuner still has my 08's factory tune loaded in it. Hopefully Monday try and get it fired up. After that I need to arrange getting it to hasslers diesel for my trans.
