Traction blocks are blocks with brackets made on them for single bars

So is the more common way people are mounting to the rear end or is it just the easiest? Sorry im newer to the suspension on 3/4 ton trucks and solid axle front ends.

I cut a 1.66 with CalTracs. Never ran at the track with my PMF traction block setup, but damn they were smooth and felt so much more stable than the CalTracs. Plus they were quieter. CalTracs are noisy.

just depends if you're lifted or not. they are fantastic if you are lifted as they incorporate the lift block. it's an incredibly clean way to do it. if not, you just do a universal axle mount. that's what I am switching to when I lower my truck back down, ive had 2 sets of the universal and they work great and a good bit cheaper.
