P0091 with dual pumps

Looking for some trouble shooting ideas. I just got all my mods done, buttoned up and cab down and got a check engine light and P0091 code. I know its a ground for VCV and PCV so I checked front pump connectors and wires today without any luck. Before I pull the cab again to check primary pump figured I would ask for ideas. Does it have to be a wiring issue that causes fault or could I have a pump going out?

Unplug one of the pumps and see if it goes away. Then if it doesn't unplug the other. See if you can isolate it from all directions.
