I took my bumper off my old truck and set it aside because I intended to paint it to match my new truck. Well I threw it on the new truck for a hunting trip in Colorado. I am thinking about leaving it black now.

What are your thoughts?

If you had black wheels, I'd say leave it, but with the truck as is, I'd say paint it.

With me not washing the truck and all the break dust the wheels are generally not shinny.

I am so torn, not against the white and black theme but not a huge fan either. I agree it looks better with black wheels but never got into that.

I was dead set on painting it to match but then the grill surround needs to be painted and I would lineX the fog light buckets, winch bucket, and the horizontal sections under the grill and head lights to mimic the factory bumper. on that note I am not crazy about rock chips and paint either.

No matter what the bumper has to be stripped and re done.

Thinking about having a sand blasting and painting party. Sandblast and paint both the bumper and the smoker I am building at the same time.
